I am trying to migrate from Exchange 2013 onpremise to Office 365 Exchange Online but I get the error message.
"Moving AUX mailboxes from version xxxx is not supported"
Tried powershell as well as ECP to migrate but same error shows up

Well AUX Mailbox means multiple Archive mailboxes could be available for the user on-premise. Check once if the user has any data in the onpremise archive mailbox. If not, disable it, migrate the user and then enable remote archive mailbox.
This worked for me once
